Shipping

Question 1: How long will it take to receive my order?

Answer: Orders will take up to 3 weeks to be shipped.. Every product is hand-made, depending on the state your are buying from, the customization level of your order production times could be increased one week more. 

Question 2: Where do you ship to?

Answer:  We ship USA only, excluding the Islands. 

 

Question 3: Will I receive a Tracking Number for my order?

Answer: Yes, once we ship the product you will automatically receive a notification with the respective Tracking Number. So you can track your products all the time.

 

Question 4: What if I receive a broken piece?

Answer: We will send you a new one immediately for free. You only need to report the damage as soon as you receive the product. You must include pictures as proof of the damage. We will take care of the rest.

Question 1: What are these accents made of?

Answer: They are Hand-Crafted, made of Ceramic and decorated with Automotive Premium Paints. 

 

Question 2: May I get a custom order?

Answer: Yes.

If you’re interested in creating a custom color piece, select the "Custom Order" option and get in touch with us for further details. You have several options for that:

  • Leave a message in the note box in the shopping cart. 

Question 3: Can you match the colors I already have at home?

Answer: Yes we can. Just send a picture with color you need to match and we will decorate your accents with that color.

 

Question 4: Weight and Size?

Answer: Weight and Size variates depending on the type of product you choose. You will find that information in every product page. Weight data is located in a chart and Sizes in an Image of the product.

Answer: We are located in Naples, Florida, USA.

Answer: All of our products are designed and made 100% by our team of artists.

Answer: No, we manufacture in Naples every single product listed in www.adriansculptures.com
